MAKING YOUR BUSINESS GREENER

STEP 3:

DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS STREAMS, OPPORTUNITIES AND PRODUCTS

that meet the changing needs of your customers and stakeholders and which take into account the physical and economic changes brought about by climate change.

Develop appropriate products and services for the emerging business opportunities

Climate change and global warming have led us to rethink the way we consume, the way we do business and the way we live.

As a result of the projected changes new industries, new products and new services are appearing.

As well as reducing the resources your business uses and the environmental footprint of your business, the next step is thinking about whether you can reduce the resource intensity of your products or services for the end consumer, allowing you to sell on the basis of your green credentials.

There is certainly money to be made but environmental changes like climate change also bring their risks and step 4 is about being prepared.
